Okay great

Used after a response to a question that you just asked. It can be used whether the news recieved is good or bad. Another way to say this is "k great".

Kelly: Is everyone here?
Anne: ...10, 11, 12. yes!
Kelly: Okay great.

When someone is way to annoying or weirdly caring.
It can be compared to "Okay Karen" as well.
