A nonsensicle phrase that while undenyably racist, is also basically just a redundant word with no real meaning or substance. You may as well say "Milk-toaster" or "VapeTitty" it doesn't have any substantiation.
"Aww Niggaberry, I done forgot my phone. Oh well, I'm gonna go fuck my cousin now"

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expertâs specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be âeggheadâ, âsquintâ, or âgeek.â
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or âbafflingâ to the common person.
