A saying used by Jonas Brother fans, reffering to the Rap That Nick Jonas ocasionally does on stage called "Nick J is off the Chain" (watch it on youtube). Ususally just a thing Jonas fans say.

Girl: Dude, NICK J IS OFF THE CHAIN!!!

Other Girl: Fuck ya he iss!
