When someone, usually a woman, decides to make stupid decisions that lead to the unfortunate rape of that individual. Usually involves alcohol and is something that your parents have told you several times.

Joe: Did you hear? Melissa was raped last night.

Steve: Well I'm not surprised, she left the bar completely hammered and took the walk home through a dark alley...

When you take so Molly that you need a handler for the rest of the night. You no longer have the motor function, speaking ability, or thought process of a normal human being.

We all went out Saturday night but once we got to the club Steve was mollytarded so Sue had to take him back to the hotel early.

A molestare is that awkward, shiver inducing look that you may get from that creepy child molester looking guy on a train or a bus, or just some creep on the street. Generally, a Molestache will enhance the creepyness of this stare.
