Mexicow

A word formed from combining the words "Mexican" and "cow." The word is usually used as an insult used to call someone of Mexican nationality overweight or fat.

Katie: "Consuela! You dirty Mexicow! Clean this mess up!"
Consuela: "no.. no.. we need moar lemon pledge..."
