Meriwether 

Meriwether is a one of a kind person who's smile will brighten the room. She's extremely GORGEOUS inside and out but she'll never admit it. Guys will line up for miles to date her. Although she's loyal to her friends and always willing to lend a helping hand. She is always ready to listen to people in need. She is a very emotional and sympathetic person always trying to feel empathy for others. She is generally a smart and hard working person but she has her moments. She loves playing sports but usually has a passion for one. A Meriwether is a caring, beautiful, and athletic person. If you ever meet one NEVER let them go.

Boffin 

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.

According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.
