a sensation in which one feels both angry and depressed at the same time.

a combination of the words "sad" and "mad..." and there's a little bit of McDonald's in there, too.

"Hey Morgan, what's up?"
"Nothing much, Whitney, I'm just really McSad right now... piss off."
