Masturbactivism

A Facebook and Twitter phenomenon whereby a user takes a meaningless action that makes they themselves feel like they're doing something about an important issue (possibly even involving a slight dopamine response) — WITHOUT DOING A FUCKING THING ABOUT THAT IMPORTANT ISSUE.

I engage in masturbactivism at least once a day by changing my status to the surface and/or material I jerk off into, all to courageously raise awareness of low sperm counts!
