Noun. (most often used by salesmen)
1) An imaginary name, used generally in place of the name of a person or company when you can't remember the real name or are lying about it.
2) A word (of varying parts of speach) that is interjected in planned or random spots within a sentence to confuse or elude.

1) "This is Elias Jones calling from Massenganner & Associates..."
2) "You see, because of the massenganner involved, I simply could not make the time."
2) "Well, we've got to massenganner, so I'l have to take a raincheck."

1. (adj) Modern day equivalent of the 80s adjective fresh. Used to describe something that is regarded highly, of the best quality, or simply considered good/cool.
Usage is derived from the name of the well known feminine santitary rinse "Massengill Disposable Douche", which was promoted heavily in various TV commercials for its ability to keep its users feeling fresh and clean.

"Damn, those lyrics be Massengill!"
"I gots to keep my white on whites Massengill!"
