word to describe characters that are women but look like men. like they're literally just guys but their gender is female

example: Doumeki from "Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!"

* This word is not an insult, and isn't used to describe trans men and such.

A: shows a character that looks like a conventional male with a whitegirl name
