Minimal Clinically Important Difference. The smallest amount of change to a pateint's health condition that would actually be meaningful to them.

If you were the patient with wrist pain, this would be the smallest amount you could improve on a test for the wrist conducted by your rock star physical therapist which would correspond with a change you would notice in your life.

"I overheard my physical therapist say I met the MCID when he tested my wrist again. All I know is that I have a little less pain playing World of Warcraft for twelve hours."

McIdiot 

This person is such a big schmuck, that he or she will watch the movie "Super Size Me," a documentary about a man who eats McDonald's for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 30 days and nearly dies, and is turned on to eat McDonald's.

In other words, it is your fat friend (or you) who loves McDonald's so much that he or she will eat it at the drop of a hat. All you must do is say the word: McDonald's.

Clayton was at work and had a customer whose last name is McDonald. Within 10 minutes after dealing with his customer he drove to McDonald's and ordered a double quarter pounder meal with no onions and pickles. McDonald's.

Did you see a movie that proves McDonald's is not healthy to eat?

Ronald McDonald a clown who is McDonalds mascot,who many toddlers and pre school aged children,equate with Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. This character is responsible for more pre schooler and toddlers meltdown,because they could not get their Happy Meal fix at Mickey D's.

The only restaurant that kid will eat at is McDonalds.That kid is obsessed with that stupid clown Ronald McIdiot,and the only take out food they will eat is at Mickey D's>
