A sarcastic person. Generally unpleasant unless highly influenced by caffeine or beer. Can be a great friend, but very vengeful. Retaliating against a leggett-rios is similar to engaging in biological warfare. Lives by the philosophy of leggsism.

A "Leggett" is a small town in Mendocino county where life stands still as people grow old.. Where people move and never leave.. Where kids grow up and marrie their own claamates.. With a population of 110 how can their not be imbreeding going on?

I went to "Leggett" And drove thru the redwood tree. stoped at the one gas station and the one store before leaving. It was a dull, misrable town!!
