To have a moment revealing ones obsession with openly homosexual singer Adam Lambert. There is no specific way to lamberbate, but when it happens... You know it did.

While it is most commonly done by girls who are attracted to him, but find lament in the fact that the odds are low in him ever finding a female sexually attractive, one shouldn't doubt a man that would also indulge in lamberbation.

The act of playing sick lacrosse or destroying the opposing team on the field.

Playing lacrosse, chillin with your fellow lax bros to avoid work, school, or any other boring activity.

We (the team) laxterbated all over those guys yesterday 14-0!

Larry and Roscoe didn't want to go to work so they laxterbated with the team all day instead.
