This form of, LOL, is yet another way to emphasize how funny something really is. The *ICON* makes it sound like a convention. This brings way to the fact that there is a convention of loling to whatever it is you are finding humorous, therefore making it very humorous and very worthy of a lol.

A prestigious title given only to those who have devoted their lives so willingly and purposely to Japanese Hentai and the use of Lolis in their daily lives that the world of sex has become a mere point in his hand.

His legendary abilities are known to be vast. Such include
1. The ability to emulate every possible moan from every hentai anime ever in existence.
2. To have "trained" countless real life lolis.
3. To project a realistic version of anime lolicon onto real life little sisters.

Contrary to popular belief, "loli' is NOT the abbreviation for "lolicon".
In Japan, a "Lolicon" refers to a person, usually a man, who enjoys looking at young girls(loli), be it sexually or not.
These lolicons are usually depicted as perverted people.

ironic lolicon 

A person that identifies as a lolicon but denies being a pedophile or being attracted to real children, saying they only like drawings.

They usually prefer legal lolis (adult women who look underage) over true lolis (actually underage girls) and sometimes even try to claim lolis are not supposed to represent children. Usually ignorant of the fact that the word lolicon (ロリコン) literally means attraction to young girls in Japan, ironic lolicons spend a significant amount of their time trying to prove they are not pedophiles on Twitter or some other online platform.

Non-lolicon: Loli is pedophilia. You are masturbating to drawings of children.
Unironic lolicon: So what?
Ironic lolicon: NOOOOOO! Lolis are not children! They are... um... small women or something. I actually find real kids gross. Please don't call me a pedo.
