Eccentrically surreal, daft, and/or brain numbingly odd. Typically applied to describe situations of an unsettlingly bizarre nature; usually involving a combination of two or more ideas, objects, or situations interacting in a disturbingly strange fashion that often ignores conventional common sense or tastefulness.
