A number nth times larger than any other number. Normally used to describe huge numbers in a funny sounding way.

Person A: "OMG, I just got laid like a ker-billion times!"
Person B: "lol, good for you."

Person A: "That Car costs a ker-billion dollars! I can't afford that!"

Person A: "Donald Trump has almost made a Ker-billion dollars in his lifetime."

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
