Keegan Vance is a man, although his looks will fool you. He looks like a man although looks as though he hasn't hit puberty. Keegan Vance has a nerdy look and typically has glasses, he probably was bullied as a child which results in him bullying kids. Keegan Vance could play nice although decides his anger to get the best of him. He acts like a child and has a lot of anger controlling issues.
