Kahmen

Kahmen is a newly sort of potatoes found in Wexford, Ireland.
This potato is a mix of bottom salt and sweet potato.
Kahmen is most commonly used in baking Shepherd's pie

I've used Kahmen for the Sheperd's pie this time.
