If one is attempting to Fart and miscalculates the moisture content of his or her Fecal Matter, a small amount of Excrement sometimes gets produced form the anus (misintentionaly).
Upon inspection of the underwear the person looks to see a Brown, yellow, green, Black or Red shape that resembles a Kenworth Logo.

I need to have a shower and change my clothes man, I just did the hugest kenworth!
