2. Sexy, attractive.

3. May imply not fine or unhappy when said in a heavily sarcastic tone.

1. "I'm just ducky! I won the lottery yesterday and was able to pay off my mortgage!"

2. "They're just ducky in their new outfits."

3. "I'm just ducky...my car needs toed and my credit card is maxed out!!!...Just what I need while I'm battling a flu bug!"
