a seriously disgusting case of acne covering the entire body including the genetalia. the acne can also be found internally. usually caused by self-pity and eating way too much chocolate.

The acne caused by the introduction of booze to the adolescent human whilst studying for an undergraduate degree. It is directly correlated with the freshman fifteen and refers in particular to the drinking of mixed whiskey drinks including its namesake, Jack Daniels.
