Acronym for Junior Son Of a Bitch. Can also be plural with JSOBs, or Junior Sons of Bitches to refer to more than one JSOB.This is a reference to little kids who are running around wreaking havoc, making noises and disturbing others while there parents just watch.
I was out to dinner with my girlfriend last night and the table next to us was full of JSOBs you would not shut the hell up.
