A male or female nymphomanic so twisted they make a game of contracting venereal diseases to pass on to others, be they male female or lower order primate. The point being the competition to infect the largest number possible in the shortest amount of time.

Whenever there is an abundance of Asians, most likely at an academic competition or music festival.
