Someone who is being both ignorant and stupid at the same time. A rare feat of strength, reserved only for the most special ones amongst us.

Can be used as an alternative, or in conjunction with, calling someone a tool, idiot, douchebag, moron, and other related terms.

Damn, that guy is such an ignorpid!

When a situation is both ignorant and ridiculous at the same time it's said to be ignoridiculitum. Can apply to a person as well.

Obamacare, Affordable Care Act, yeah whatever... so ignoridiculitum.
