A spin on IMHO intended to be used by people who are scientifically literate and understand the dangers of opinions, no matter how honest the OP may attempt to be.

IMSO

It is the underpaid, overworked, and often unrecognized U.S. government official who serves as the primary point of contact for the International Military Student undergoing training at U.S. military installations in the United States.

The IMSO is responsible for the overall administration of the international student while assigned to training in the US.
