Coined by the rapper Suzie Q, I’m up is a way of saying that you can do something. Generally used as a sign of approval.

Moe: Aye moe you tryna go get chipotle and listen to some drake?

Equivalent to the phrase "I'm up for it," but abbreviated. It's similar to saying "I'm down." Meaning you're interested in joining in on the activity suggested in conversation.

Ron: I'm really in the mood to get ice cream.
