A contraction of 'Hyperactive' and 'Psycho', termed by a 4 year old in relation to her behaviour after eating too much chocolate...

A term relating to the over exuberance observed in small children after consuming too much sugar... (chocolate or confectionary, even red cordial)

"look at me daddy i'm going hycho!"
"oh crap she just ate three freddo frogs after dinner, she's going hycho!!!"
"man your kid is hycho..." (said about child running from one room to another bringing 'presents')
