Hurgle

The "urghaa" sound emitted at the end of a stream of projectile vomit, or when the stomach is still contracting but there's nothing left in there to come back up.

The sound she make when she choking on your dicksickle and 'bout to start eating backwards. The hurgle references how she 'bout to blow chunks and the gurgle references the gurgle sound.
