To smother somebody with (usually unwanted) hugs as a way of releasing pent up sexual tension. Often performed on somebody who is married or otherwise unavailable.

My husband hasn't touched me in months, I need a good hugwashing.

The film industry has a history of frequently casting hot actors for roles about non-hot characters.
