A medical procedure where an individual voluntarily admits them self to have their head surgically removed from their ass. Someone In need of a headectomy might be referred to as an Asshat or Asshelmet.

OMG, When the "beer goggles" came off the morning after, I totally needed a hidectomy- so I went back to the bar for a little 10am happy hour action.

So I was all like, "I needs a herpectomy, I got a date tonight!" And he just stares down his stethoscope and says that operation don't exist. Don't exist! I see ads for it on those bus signs every day!
