gumboid

A person who is unskilled at climbing, and by extension, unskilled at life in general. In distinction from a “gumby”, which can be a temporary state of being, a gumboid is innately unskilled at climbing.

1. Look at this gumboid trying to climb the pink one in the corner when he can’t even send V3s.
2. This gumboid couldn’t send any actual lines his first time climbing outside, so rather than admit he sucks at climbing, he made up his own “FAs” and spammed our crag’s Mountain Project page to have something to tick. He gave them really inflated gym grades too.

gumboid

An aircraft motion in which the vehicle pitches up and climbs, and then pitches down and descends, accompanied by speeding up and slowing down as it goes "downhill" and "uphill", but really really quickly. This is the lesser known longitudinal mode, shorter than phugoid mode.
