Guacarrhea

A term describing the brown discoloration of guacamole after sitting a room temperature for a few hours. The diarrhea appearance makes consumption difficult for the average party guest – despite no change in taste.

Dude, great party, but that bowl of Guacarrhea just made Cindy vomit… throw it out for god’s sake.
