1) The act of being a Grinch(i.e. The Grinch Who Stole Christmas)

2) Someone who is too cheap to buy Christmas presents or doesn't believe in the joy of Christmas.

Marcus: Hey Tyrone, what did you get your ole lady for Christmas dis year?

Tyrone: Bitch didn't get nuthin!

Marcus: Ahh man, why you be Grinchen so hard?
