A portmanteau of "govno" (the Russian word for "shit") and "government". Used in place of "government" to imply that the government is shit.

The communists wanna kill me for not being exactly like them, the capitalists wanna steal all of my money which will just kill me anyway through starvation. Both forms of GOVNOMENT are shit.

I don't trust the govnoment.

Govnomes

Russian word is the mix of the "Govno" (what equals to english "shit") and "mes" (from "mesits" and means "mix"), and common straight sense - the person who knid/mix the shit.

In russian straight-men language "person who knid the shit" is the non-traditional sexual orientation man of active position , because he "knid the shit in the asshole of his partner by his dick", and even passive homosexual man because "he like to knid his shit, which is kept in his asshole by the his f*cker's dick".
The figurative sense is abusive word to guy, because in Russia all that connected with homosexuality is the little abusive, not seriosly, with laughing and also abusive word in friendly chating

Russian phonetic pun on phrase "analogov net" meaning unparallel , unmatched, used in Kremlin propaganda texts about new weapon or piece of tech made by Russians.

In such pun form, it's written as two words: anal (of the ass) and govnet derived from govno (shit).

So the whole phrase is approximately meaning "a shit coming from one's ass" , deriding low quality or incapability of the piece of technology in question . Because everything made by Russians is shitty

The new russian fighter jet Su-57 is typical analo-govnet. Great on papers, but cannot fly without incidents
