A natural phrase following the unveiling of a classic 80's style mullet. In order to be a mullet, one must have reasonably short hair on the side of their head while donning a popstar like tail of hair in the back.

A term used to describe ones mother impliying that they have a lot of pubes. Can be used as a come-back if someone says you have a mullet.
