Glitterrap 

Millennials love to receive participation awards being handled with "kid gloves" and constant praise. Glitterrap does all three of those in one word, it is the equivalency of a verbal "Golf Clap" wrapped in bubble wrap with a sprinkle of glitter-like praise (they all love glitter).

We really need to sit down with Crystal and have a heart to heart about her lack of motivation, our strategy is to start with some glitterrap statements at the front end of the conversation as to ease the pain of a direct confrontation.

A word used mostly by freshman girls with a serious lack of vocabulary skills. A conjunction of the words glitter and fantastic, used to describe something as cool, stellar, or McSweet.

glitterhawk 

A military exercise whereby a plane, helicopter or large, albatross like bird carries weaponized glitter to be sprayed in a terrorist like fashion.

The glitterhawk flew aggressively over the ISIL-inhabited village, releasing it's contents in an aerosol spray, marking each of it's victims in prismatic fashion to be easily identified by the approaching deployed military troops.

Glitteratru 

A member of the Asatru religion who replaces New Ager ideology and practices with Norse Terminology. Most likely a Universalist and/or a convert from Wicca or other pagan faiths, they are known for gaudy costumes and superficial happiness.

"That kindred is so saturated with Glitteratru they believe Odin is 'Too Dark and Malevolent'" for them.
