Referring to the act of being unable to pause between words when engaging in dialogue as a result of being under the heavy influence of marijuana. Originated from a failed attempt to pronounce the phrase: "Get a straw."

"Gishdraw. Gishdraw. Gishsdraw."
"Huh?"
"GISHDRAW!"
"Gi-shdraw? OHH! GET A STRAW."
