When you are at a party that everyone seems to be enjoying, you look around and see a person with the "I really don't want to be here" look (Fuji Face). In most cases the face looks like the person bit a lemon straight on.

A person of which has a large amount of large, mountanous acne not allowing exsposure of flat skin anywhere on the facial area.
Hey, that person is a Rocky Mountain Fuji Face.
