1. The absolute ownage of a person in which the burn ends with them having to leave the room. 2. Saying goodbye with the intentions of never seeing them again.

From Richard Adam's book Watership Down - it's a word that's part of the rabbit language Lapine - it means any exceptional food to rabbits, such as lettuces, carrots, etc.

The rabbits brought back flayrah from the farmer's garden.

Women who tease men for attention, money, fun and sometimes sexual intentions and then dumping them after they are not getting what they want anymore.

Stay away from her man, she's a flayah.
