Best used when the female in questions labia flaps clap into each other when she sprints, but can also be used to describe any kind of snatch.

A clap of the hands under the crotch to go along with the use of the word has its own funny merits.

Flapees 

The name associated with a group of adult males who congregate every week at a suburban hockey arena and sacrifice their ligaments and joints in order to establish their supremacy in a hockey beer league and impress their wives, girlfriends and children.

"Those Flapees sure can cycle the puck on the powerplay!"
