Fictimization 

When a person or a group uses disingenuous and false arguments to claim that they are the "real victims".

Claiming victimization because you have to deal with the consequences of your actions is a clear example of fictimization.

1-An act commonly used by not-so-normal-people to gain pity.
2-An act used by religious groups to wage war against other religious groups.

People should stop Self-Victimization to gain support.

Racial Self-victimization

The dramatic portrayal of oneself as being disadvantaged by race, in the pursuit of others pity and sympathy.

People who go to great lengths to try to prove someone else is a racist is using racial self-victimization to be the victim of a bias or made up mental attack from their opponent.

Usually the weaker opponent.
