Adj. Description of when a member of the female gender becomes involved with anything to: 1.Put a 'womans touch' on something. 2. Force their will or idea to anything even though no one else gives a care about it. 3. Make themselves feel important.

Sarah has to do the Femalification with everything, she even complained that the paper towels should have flowers, instead of plain old white ones.

Femafication 

Removing qualified professionals from positions throughout an organization, and installing ideologists with no skills to adequately perform the mission of those organizations, in this case a whole federal government administration, under George W. Bush.
