Is the act of falling straight into a table, usually a coffee table, completely destroying it. As seen in many Chris Farley sketches and movies such as the SNL Matt Foley skit and Tommy Boy.
Chuck was so trashed last night he Chris Farleyed right through the coffee table, and my mom is pissed.

One of the funniest comedians of the 90's. Starred in many hilarious movies such as Tommy Boy, Almost Hero's, Black Sheep, Beverly Hills Ninja and more. Due to depression because of being overweight Chris Farley dove into a downward cycle that unfortunately ended his life on December 18th 1997. Cause of death was overdose.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
