The feeling of disgust after oneself is done fapping to something strange. It usually occurs right after oneself has came all over his keyboard.

While George was fapping, he was in a downloading frenzy, grabbing every video that looked appealing in some way. He was feeling good about it. After fapping, he looked at all his downloads and thought, "Fuck, I'm a perv," and canceled all of them. George had fapper's remorse.
