Facelosopher

One who uses Facebook as a means to covey how enlightened and insightful they are. A facelosopher's statuses are characterized by strong opinions, advice, and phrases they believe will one day be quoted.
Thug 1: "Did you see Chuck's status today talkin' 'bout living righteously and how condoms should be mandatory?"
Thug 2: "Yeah, that fool trippin'. He ain't nothin' but a Facelosopher."

Someone who thinks they know everything and try to act super smart by saying very little. A lot like a philosopher, but just not. at all. Fauxlosophers tend to attend an art school.

faceosphere

A term being constantly spammed around the internet by a guy with a blog by the same name, who apparently is of the opinion that if he uses this term enough times in enough places, and adds his own "definition" to enough websites, someone other than him may actually use it sometime. Hey wait, his plan just worked!
Kid 1: Dude, what is happening in the faceosphere?
Kid 2: What the hell is a faceosphere?

People on facebook who like to offer their views on various topics, often atempting to reveal deep truths about humanity but nonetheless appearing vacuous and unoriginal.
Person B, attempting to be a faceolosopher, comments on Person A's comment by stating "We often point out in others what we despise in ourselves," or something equally meaningless.

Greek Facebosopher

Someone, ideally, but not necessarily, of Greek descent who is known among friends as being routinely very philosophical in his or her Facebook posts...even at the risk of making them too lengthy.
Valentina: Angela is always writing these long philosophical posts on Facebook.
Alexander: In her defense, her posts are interesting, and make you think.
Matthew: Yeah, but they're so wordy, I can't always read trough them.
John: Yeah, well, you know, what do you expect, she's just a Greek Facebosopher, after all.

Facebook Fauxlosopher

A 'Facebook Fauxlosopher' is someone who scours the internet in search of 'inspirational quotes, song lyrics, words of wisdom or in fact, anything that is more intelligent and creative than what they can come up with.

They will then use these in there Facebook status updates (often under the guise that they have created them) in an attempt to appear intelligent and deep. Typically used by young girls and guys trying to get into young girls panties.
Typical examples of a 'Facebook Fauxlosopher' trying to seem deep and intelligent...

"Sometimes I've gotta close my eyes just to open up my soul"
"Honesty may be the best policy but insanity is the best defence..."
“It is never too late to be what you might have been.”
