Officially, it's a seagull with a cow's head.

It's used as a put-down.

Derogative term.

Originated as a lullaby, sung to children all over the world. Started in the 1970s.

Examples of Fezbik's include:
Brad Pitt, Alec Baldwin, Tom Cruise etc.

The list is endless... I'm sure you all know one.
