An Ethangamer is a term to describe somebody who is immature and childish, generally boys between the ages of 4-12 who play games, but can extend into adolescence if still childish.

Oh my god...... Lorenzo is such an Ethangamer... he still is obsessed with roblox and hangs chicken scratch drawings on his bedroom wall.

A highly successful Youtuber and philanthropist who has been active on the platform since the age of seven, playing Roblox and many other popular (family-friendly) games.
He also makes adults around the world angry because he became far more successful than they could ever hope to be by the time he was ten years old. He is currently fifteen as of this writing and continues to upload.
