When someone goes to school with a contagious disease (such as ebola, the flu, pink eye, etc.) and proceeds to spread to everyone they can.
Person 1: "Dude, Jack came to school today with ebola, started coughing on people, and got sent home before the first bell. The guy was totally plotting ebolanbine."
Person 2: "Well hopefully it won't happen again!"
