A person of a certain race/ethnicity who completely has the mentality of the stereotypical description of a different race/ethnicity

That white guy totally acts like he's black. He's so dyslethnic.

A cross between dyslexia and general stupidity. Even if the words didn't dance around the page for you, you would still be a moron.
