duck eggs

A term used to describe Irish people, particularly the ones who immigrated to the US in there masses, during the late 1800's - early 1900's. They would typically have blue eyes, and were nicknamed 'duck eggs' as actual duck eggs often have blue tints in them.
This Irish pub is full of Duck Eggs... Funnily enough!

Duck eggs arent important. When you say "I'm doing duck eggs" really means you're bored and didnt do anything productive.

Muddy duck eggs

A duck creates an egg so if "Muddy Duck" (the band) releases a single it is thier egg so instead of dropping an album they will be laying a dozen eggs. It is also a term used to describe their fans.
"Did you hear the new Muddy duck eggs"

"Did you hear the new eggs muddy duck laid"
